about.
Conversation is where everything starts.
I’ve spent the past years working on digital products from the moment they’re just an idea, all the way to when they’re actually out there, used, tested, adjusted, and made to last.
Sometimes they’re proper products, sometimes they’re digital services that support production, sometimes they sit inside broader innovation initiatives; the form changes, but the goal is always the same: making something that works in the real world, not just on paper.
I often think of products as seeds.
You don’t just “build” them: you create the right conditions for them to grow.
That usually means bringing some structure when things are still a bit undefined, helping shape a direction, and then staying close enough to see how things evolve and where they actually land within a bigger system.
A big part of my work is about people as much as it is about products. I like involving stakeholders early, sitting down together, running workshops, and creating moments where different perspectives can align without forcing them. I rely a lot on visual thinking and storytelling to make things clearer, especially when decisions get complex and there’s too much noise around them.
My background is in design, and that still shapes how I work. I naturally bring an iterative, design-driven approach into more structured environments, using it to explore options, simplify what’s complex, and build systems that can grow and adapt over time.
